Having planted and pastored churches\, taught at Bible schools and in foreign fields\, and conducted leadership coaching\, she is all about emboldening people to fulfill their callings\, with particular attention to the now generation. \nJeff is an established pastor\, overseer\, and teacher in the Church at large whose life and prophetic ministry is marked by integrity\, a passion for discipleship and a genuine love for people.  From a very young age\, Jeff felt called to church planting with an emphasis on discipleship and local and global evangelism. When he and Nancy married (1980)\, they continued to pioneer and plant churches together in the Southern Tier of New York. \nJeff tirelessly coaches and mentors both emerging and established leaders\, pastors and ministers of all ages\, encouraging them in their callings and missions. DESCRIPTION:New Life Church is thrilled to host Rod and Jenni Carlson from Living Logos Ministries Sunday September 25th.  They have a ministry that focuses on knowing the word and getting it deep within the believer.  Presentations are done as though it is in the first person and makes it more personal to the one receiving. \n \nLiving Logos presentations include a word-for-word dramatic enactment of a book or portion of scripture and\, typically\, some special music. After the illustrated Word we share about the benefits of memorizing significant portions of God’s Word. We conclude with a simple challenge and plan of action to embrace this discipline. \nFew believe they can memorize scripture\, however we often find that once they begin\, they seldom stop at the original dozen verses of the challenge. They discover that it really isn’t a TASK\, it’s a JOY! Our job is to challenge believers in Jesus Christ to INTERNALIZE God’s Word\, because that is where it will come to life. \n
